What is this that ive receive in the email reg lotto lore telling me that ive won the national lottery drawing

It was a canadian lottery winning base in london and yet no one has called me @home directly from the lottery commissioner.The last respond was for me to give all the info detail reg.bank account so they could swifly make the bank transfer.or either i open a non resident account in london so they could transfer the winning $574,270.00 and i can access that account immediately.what is this.Is this ligit or what but when i called the number the number has been disconnected.pls let me know this is kind of scary.

Someone whom you never heard of asked you to open a bank account and then to give them all your account details?

Reply:fishing scam delete it if you don't trouble most of these come from con artist who want you to give them blank amt of dollars before you can claim your prize and you have to travel to some far off place(at your expense) to get it and you don't get anything. Dateline did a story on this about 2 years ago search their web site and you will see it
