If i send money from paypal to someones email address can I get it back for ex If they do not send me the item?

It has nothing to do with ebay, so will I be able to request it back if they do not send me the item?

yes you can take them to dispute in paypal .similar to the dispute in ebay if you win the dispute paypal with return your funds , as soon as you launch a dispute it freezes the funds in the sellers account





This is not tied to ebay!!!! there are a lot of sites out there who use paypal as a payment system , if it was only safe to use through Ebay why would people buy from these websites????

Reply:You need to get in touch with Paypal, they will advise you and usually give you the money back after you have tried to contact the seller etc.


I have had a dispute once, and the monies were refunded in the end. Good luck
Reply:NO! dont make a transaction this way!!! you will only have protection from paypal if you go though ebay. sending someone money through paypal you dont know is a con waighting to happen. please dont do it.
