Concerning a civil lawsuit!

There are many lawyers who answer questions here. Giving "general legal information" in the scope of a forum such as this is perfectly legal. To answer your "specific" questions, though, in a one-one exchange through email, would constitute "practicing law", so the lawyer would need to be licensed in your State, and would be opening himself up to liability.
If you want a question answered, post it here. If you need more than that, you need to find a local lawyer. You can look in the phone book, or search the database at www.lawyers.com by State and specialty.
