I need my alerts to work this has happened before before I switched to the new Yahoo Messenger please help. I only know I have messages just by going to my email and reading them. Why does this keep happening?
My email notification is not alerting me?
what kind of email notification?
you may check your bulk folder, the mail notifications can go there by mistake
Reply:i have tried both old messenger and new messenger but unable to get alerts for this account........wrote yahoo to fix the problem but cant do anything except wait.......you are not alone.
