This May, someone email me that i won a big amount at yahoo lottery. Is yahoo lottery UK is real?

Hi! I've been getting the same thing. Just delete them -- if it sounds too good to be true -- it is!! Apparently there are all kinds of these scams going on. They ask you to send a percentage to claim your prize (say 1% of the total winnings). You send them a cheque, never receive the prize and they take off with your money after cashing the cheque. Beware -- there is no such thing as "free" money.

Reply:no its scams anything that says you won something free and you just have to click a link to get it , or that says you won something free and have to click a link or the scams i see all the time are ones from people over seas who say they are bank managers and had someone put 30 million dollars in their bank and they died and they want you to transfer it into your account those are all scams ya have to ewatch doing anything like that some are compuiter viruses and even if ya click the link it could crash your computer or it could give them acess to your private info.

Reply:first off lottery's never inform you of winnings via email. There is a ton scams on the internet that want to draw you to gaming websites and get you spend a few hard earned dollars. My advice is do not reply to these emails with any personal information. Add them to your spam blocker and let life go on. It sounds so good that it's not true!!
